Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for preliminary project screening and assisting in project establishment;
2. Conduct field surveys of prospective mining rights, optimize mining rights selection, and conduct mineralization prediction;
3. Cooperate with other internal departments to complete the geological and technical part of due diligence investigations;
4. Design/audit exploration engineering projects at various exploration stages of acquired mining rights, and write/review exploration reports;
5. Provide production guidance for operating mines, maintain reserve growth and consumption balance, and promote the sustainable development of mines.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in geology or related major;
2. 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably with experience in mining enterprises, mining investment, geological exploration, mining rights assessment, mining rights procedures, etc. Priority will be given to those who have been responsible for mining investment due diligence and acquisition projects or overseas exploration to exploration and development projects;
3. Possess strong pressure resistance, logical thinking, and communication skills, as well as good professional ethics, honesty, openness, strong sense of responsibility, and a willingness to learn and make progress;
4. Priority will be given to candidates with excellent English proficiency and familiarity with international standards such as JORC.
