In March 2024, Mr. Deng Bin, General Manager of Wanrun Mining, along with some senior executives of the company, paid a visit to Mr. Su Yu, Minister-Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Kazakhstan.
Mr. Deng introduced Mr. Su Yu to the basic situation of Wanrun Mining and the preliminary plans for mining and agricultural investments in Kazakhstan. Mr. Su fully affirmed Wanrun Mining's development strategy and the feasibility of its investments in Kazakhstan, expressed support for Wanrun Mining's business operations there, and hoped that more Chinese enterprises would invest and develop in Kazakhstan, continuously expanding the influence of Chinese companies in Kazakhstan and the Central Asian region.
