Convenient Transportation
The mining area is located in Kamonyi District, Southern Province, about 15 km west of Kigali. It is connected to National Highway RN1 via a 9 km local road, with a total travel distance of 30 km. Situated on the East African Plateau, the area features an elevation difference of about 300 meters, good road accessibility, and convenient transportation.
Tantalum and Tin Mining
The project consists of two mining licenses, each covering 1 square kilometer, for a total of 2 square kilometers.
The mining licenses are suited for medium-scale mining operations and authorize the extraction of tantalum and tin. The main geological work for the site has already been completed.
